Ponte Vedra Beach (June 2008) Artisan Homes has been bullish on the building business for five years when it comes to listening to their clients and making dreams come true. Owners Wayne Montgomery and Carey Bettis care about every exacting detail of the homebuilding process - from the way they take note of their clients’ lifestyle needs to exceeding the limits of finishing touch expectations. Partners who “don’t cut corners - we design them”, Montgomery and Bettis have gotten away from the “Florida Look” in their personalized homes. Jim and Janet Nelson, relocating from Pennsylvania to St. Augustine Beach, are currently building two Artisan homes. “We knew immediately that Carey and Wayne were going to build our homes (one for our daughter’s family and one for us). Their work is unbelievable and it’s obvious that they go above and beyond with each detail and their endless creative ideas.
