**Vinny D’Agostino grew up in a large Italian family surrounded by food and passionate people, where the culture of food was a staple in and of itself. His parents, originally from Fornelli, Italy, moved to Rhode Island where Vinny can still find them in their garden preserving vegetables and making their own tomato sauce. During his youth, he traveled to Italy, spending time with his grandparent on their vineyards and farms. This was his destiny – now enjoying nearly 25 years in the hospitality industry. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University (R.I.) with his degree in Culinary Arts and U.S. Sommelier Assn. Courses, he’s a member of the Court of Master Sommelier Assn. His career in food & beverage has included (among a long list of premier properties and global events) The Breakers, Palm Beach, Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort and Spa, Ponte Vedra Beach and the Graves 601 Hotel, Minneapolis.

**Chef Jeff Kaplan: With a culinary career that has spanned many renowned hotels, restaurant and resorts from New York to Miami, Kaplan’s philosophy and passion combine ‘nature and nurture’. He grew up in family catering and deli restaurants, so his transition into the kitchen was his destiny. One of his first positions was under the direction and watchful eye of Chef Joe Eisenbuchner (formerly of Le Cirque, NYC). The twenty-five year journey took him to highly respected establishments that included The Inn at Great Neck (Long Island), The White Elephant Resort (Nantucket), and Sawgrass Marriot Golf Resort and Spa (Ponte Vedra Beach).
