St. Augustine, Fl (August 24, 2012) If you’re a devoted James Bond movie fan, come to the Casablanca Inn in St. Augustine on Sunday evening, August 26 and Celebrate ‘SHAKEN, NOT STIRRED ~ the 50th Anniversary of James Bond. The Casablanca Inn party admission is free and opens at 5:00pm to the public.
The movies & music legend began in 1962 with a total of 23 movies played by six ‘Bond’ actors (including Sean Connery, Roger Moore, Pierce Brosnan and Daniel Craig).

Casablanca Inn’s Tini Martini Bar is THE place to Walk the Red Carpet and watch three legendary Bond films during the festivities. Mingle on the verandah, sip signature ‘Bond’ martinis, dine on complimentary hors d’oeuvres and consider wearing a Bond costume that might win first prize ~ a weekend at the Casablanca Inn!
There are a few crucial ingredients for an “007” movie:
• a gadget-laden car
• a perfectly tailored tuxedo
• a ridiculously evil villain
• Most important are the Bond girls. (Sometimes an ally, sometimes an enemy)
Remember some of the beautiful Bond girls? They included, among many others, Kim Basinger, Halle Berry, Ursula Andress, Jill St. John, Jane Seymour and Diana Rigg.
Enjoy reminiscing with BOND posters and memorabilia, listening to award-winning and familiar themes from “Goldfinger”, “Casino Royale”, “Diamonds Are Forever”, “Dr. No”, “For Your Eyes Only” and “The Spy Who Loved Me”.
