To Win a Late Summertime 'Beach Getaway'

The Casa Marina Hotel & Restaurant in Jacksonville Beach invites 'foodies' to submit your favorite recipe that would be appropriate for a Beach Picnic. The historic Hotel (circa 1925) is located directly on the dunes of the Atlantic Ocean, where having a beach picnic is one of the hotel guests' favorite summertime dining options. Today's food lovers choose variety and a blend of regional cuisine that allows adventure, conversation and food exploration. Creating a 'beach picnic' begins with a fantastic signature dish or summertime dessert.
The Grand Prize is an oceanfront escape to the historic Hotel that's celebrating its 86th year. Chef Aaron Webb's 'New Beach Cuisine' has been luring guests to dine for lunch, dinner, Sunday Brunch and at special events for ten years. The winning recipe will be served during the season on Casa Marina's menu either in the Grand Dining Room, open air Courtyard or Penthouse Lounge.

Include:
- NAME OF RECIPE
- A brief story about the recipe, not to exceed 100 words
- Name, address, telephone # and email (No previously published recipes will be considered).
- Include all ingredients and preparation instructions.
Submitted recipes become the property of CASA MARINA HOTEL and will not be returned.
Judging: Entries will be judged by Chef Aaron Webb, his culinary team and Hotel General Manager Mark Vandeloo.

Who can enter: Entrants must be 18 or over. There are no substitutions or transfer of prizes. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. By acceptance of prizes, winners consent to use of their names and/or photographs for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winner will be notified by August 10, 2011. The Casa Marina Hotel and Restaurant will feature the winning recipe during the summer season.
