Culinary Classes Recognize America’s New Favorite Pastime
St. Augustine FL (April 2007) The Inn on Charlotte (circa 1914) is celebrating Fun with Food & Wine with a 2007 package of special culinary events. Guests enjoy fun and entertaining classes in Souffle’s, Hors D’oeuvres or Desserts…(Tuesday thru Thursday - excluding holidays). Let a Cordon Bleu trained Chef teach you how to make ‘glamorous’ food that will dazzle your guests while allowing you to enjoy your own party. Owner Lynne Fairfield will even offer food & wine pairing tips for all of the dishes prepared.
The culinary packages address America’s fascination with food, from chef demonstrations to hands-on classes. Fairfield, who spent 25 years in the hospitality industry, now brings St. Augustine a refined and enthusiastic epicurean style of innkeeping which pairs perfectly with her 8 room bed & breakfast inn.

Hands-on Culinary Class with Cordon Bleu Chef including complimentary bottle of wine. $249/couple plus cost of your choice of accommodation. Minimum 2-night stay required. Stay a 3rd night and enjoy dinner on the town…on us! ($50 value).
