The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort is hosting a special "Golden Age" promotion through the end of March in the Golden Isles of Georgia.
The Golden Isles of Georgia are a distinct group of islands and towns just off the coast of southeast Georgia, on the Atlantic Ocean. St. Simons Island, Sea Island, Jekyll Island, Little St. Simons Island, Darien, Cumberland Island and Brunswick make up this vacation paradise.
For guests 50 years young or older, reserve a resort view room at The King and Prince Beach & Golf Resort and receive a complimentary upgrade to an oceanfront or partial ocean view room (based on availability).
Resort view rooms range from $115 to $255 per night with an upgrade savings of up to $50 per night.
Other "Golden Age" package features include a $50 golf rate per person at The King and Prince Golf Course, including greens fees and cart -- a $29 savings.
Guests staying both Friday and Saturday night can add a Sunday night stay for $75 (excluding Feb. 27).
Other accommodation types at the resort include seaside cabanas, luxurious two- and three-bedroom beach villas to luxurious guest houses.
This Historic Hotels of America member, opened in 1935, features ocean front dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner; five swimming pools (including an outdoor children's pool and an indoor heated pool with hot tub) and award-winning golf at the newly restored and renamed King and Prince Golf Course, Home of the Hampton Club.
