If you love celebrating Valentine’s Day – but hate planning for it – here’s a getaway for you.

All you have to do is book one of the romantic dinner and/or getaway options below and check in early on Feb. 14 at the historic and beautiful Casa Marina Hotel in Jacksonville Beach.

Package One:

•Accommodations in a Parlor Suite
•Chocolate-covered strawberries
•Bottle of Champagne
•A four-course Valentine’s Day dinner for two in the Grand Dining Room.
Cost is $199, plus the dinner tip.

Package Two:

Includes just the dinner mentioned above, at a cost of $49 per person, plus tax and tips.

The special Valentine's Day dinner includes delicacies like an appetizer of quail stuffed with goat cheese and chorizo, served with a charred tomato salsa. Entrée choices include Chilean Sea Bass, pistachio crusted with a citrus butter glaze; Florida Lobster Tail, basted with a chili rum butter over sweet plantain mash; and Peppercorn-dusted Filet Mignon, served with sauce béarnaise over truffle Yukon gold mash.

The Casa Marina Hotel, circa 1925, features 23 rooms and “parlor suites,” decorated to represent different eras in the hotel’s history, plus oceanfront fine dining. Click www.casamarinahotel.com for more details. www.casamarinahotel.com
